【摘要】 随着体育场馆内部功能的专业化细分以及人们物质精神需求的提高,商业配套逐渐被分化出来,成为一个相对独立的服务性功能主体。"体育服务综合体"概念的提出,使大量场馆建设方及运营方希望通过商业配套实现扭亏为盈。文章重在阐述商业配套空间历经依附于体育场馆的"改造利用阶段",到独立于场馆的"分设并置阶段",最后走向体育与商业的"有机融合"。通过收集不同阶段及模式的典型案例热力图数据,对其使用现状进行对比研究,从而得出体育场馆商业配套走向有机融合的发展趋势,提出体育与商业有机融合模式下的关键特征及优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the professional subdivision of the internal functions of sport venues and the impact of the improvement of people’s material and spiritual needs, commercial facilities are gradually divided into a relatively independent service function subject. The proposal of the concept of "sports service complex" makes a large number of project owner and manager hope to turn losses into profits through commercial facilities. This paper focuses on elaborating that the commercial supporting space has gone through the "transformation and utilization stage" attached to the stadium, to the "separate and co-located stage" independent of the stadium, and finally to the "organic integration" of sports and commerce. By collecting the thermodynamic diagram data of typical cases in different stages and modes, this paper makes a comparative study on the current situation of its use, thus obtains the development trend of the commercial supporting facilities in sports venues toward organic integration, and puts forward the key features and advantages of the mode of organic integration of sports and commerce.更多还原
