【摘要】 当代社会发展过程中,随着经济文化的演变与教育程度的提升,女性在职场中的占比和地位大幅上升,导致其同时承受家庭生活与职场环境双重压力。文章基于此现状,从女性视角出发,结合办公建筑空间特点,针对职场女性在生理、心理以及行为特征等方面的差异化需求,探寻女性视角下办公空间优化的三方面指导原则,提出办公建筑内部增设特殊功能空间以及优化交通空间布局等优化设计方法,帮助职场女性更好地工作与生活。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of the development of the contemporary society, with the development of the economic culture and the improvement of the educational level, the proportion and the position of the female inservice field are greatly increased, leading to the double pressure of the family life and the working environment at the same time. Based on the present situation, this paper, from the perspective of the female, combines the characteristics of the office building space, and explores the three aspects of the office space optimization in the perspective of the female, aiming at the difference demand of the working women in the aspects of physiology, psychology and behavior.
