寒地高校步行空间优化设计对策

【摘要】 自改革开放以来,我国寒地高校开始大量建设。步行作为高校学生校内主要出行方式,步行空间质量直接影响到学生日常的出行体验。寒冷气候和机动车交通严重影响着高校步行空间的使用,如何通过有效的方法塑造高品质的步行空间,对现阶段提升寒地高校的整体品质具有重要意义。文章基于步行者的角度,结合国内外先进经验,提出步行安全性、空间适寒性、体验多元性的优化设计原则及具体设计手法,为我国寒地高校步行空间的优化设计提供思路。

【Abstract】 Since the beginning of the Reforms and Opening up of 1978, a large number of colleges and universities in cold regions of China have been and are being built. As one of the main modes of transportation to and from school, the quality of the walking paths and trails has a direct impact on the quality of the commute for college students. The cold climate and motor vehicle traffic have seriously reduced the space and quality of the walk to, from, and around campuses. Shaping high-quality walking space through effective methods is and will be of great significance to improve the overall quality of universities in the aforementioned cold regions. From a more walk-friendly perspective, combined with the advanced reports from home and abroad, this study provides some excellent ideas for the optimization of userfriendly walking spaces in colleges campuses across the cold regions of China. This paper puts forward design principles as well as a specific design method, necessary for keeping the walkways safe; finally, the paper will discuss the potential for adaptable and diverse types of spaces that are suitable for the cold through and along these walkways.
