【摘要】 儿童孤独症是一种儿童常见的广泛性发育障碍类疾病。王素梅教授对治疗儿童孤独症有独特见解,提出从痰论治的治疗思路。她认为由痰引起的儿童孤独症为痰热内扰或寒痰凝滞,扰乱心神所致。将由痰引起的儿童孤独症分为脾肾阳虚、寒痰凝滞证和肝郁化火、痰热内扰证。脾肾阳虚、寒痰凝滞证,治疗以温肾暖脾、化痰安神为法,予自拟附桂益智汤治疗。肝郁化火、痰热内扰证,治疗以清肝化痰、醒脑开窍为法,予自拟礞石定志汤治疗。结合临床病案对王教授从痰论治儿童孤独症的经验进行介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Autism in children refers to a widespread developmental disorder in children. Professor Wang Sumei has unique insights into the treatment of autism in children, and proposes treatment ideas based on phlegm. She believes that phlegm-induced autism arises from internal phlegm heat or cold phlegm stagnation, which disturbs the mind. Children with autism caused by phlegm are divided into spleen-kidney yang deficiency, cold phlegm stagnation syndrome, syndrome of liver stagnation transforming into fire, and phlegm heat internal disturbance syndrome. For spleen-kidney yang deficiency, and cold phlegm coagulation stagnation syndrome, the treatment is centered on warming the kidney and spleen, transforming phlegm and calming the mind, and Fugui Yizhi Decoction is prescribed. For liver depression transforming into fire syndrome, and phlegm-heat internal disturbance syndrome, clearing the liver and transforming phlegm, soothing the brain and resuscitating are used, and Mengshi Dingzhi Decoction is prescribed.
