【摘要】 目的观察中医针推疗法联合药物治疗腰椎间融合型术后腰腿痛的临床观察。方法将符合纳入标准的60例腰椎间融合型手术后腰腿痛的患者随机分成试验组与对照组各30例,治疗组采用手法、电针与刺络拔罐法即中医三联疗法治疗,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片和甲钴胺片药物口服治疗。分别记录治疗后症状体征改变情况,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及日本整形外科会制定的腰部功能评分(JOA)标准评估结果,所得数据资料以SPSS 20.0统计软件进行分析,P<0.05认为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗后,试验组分别在临床疗效、VAS疼痛评分、JOA量表评分改善率方面与对照组比较有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医三联疗法治疗腰椎间融合型术后腰腿痛在临床有效率、改善疼痛与提高腰部功能方面优于双氯芬酸钠缓释片和甲钴胺片口服药物治疗,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment of lumbago and leg pain with acupuncture and push therapyafter lumbar interbody fusion. Methods 60 patients who had lumbocrural pain after lumbar interbody fusion operation met the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with manipulation, electroacupuncture and cupping, while the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets and Mecobalamin tablets. The changes of symptoms and signs, visual analog scale(VAS) of pain and the evaluation results of Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores(JOA) were recorded. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software, P< 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Results There were no significant differences in age, gender, course of disease, VAS score and JOA score between the two groups before operation(P> 0.05). There were significant differences in clinical efficacy, VAS pain score and JOA score improvement rate between the experimental group and the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The triple therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine is superior to diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets and Mecobalamin tablets in clinical efficiency, pain improvement and lumbar function improvement with effects.更多还原
