【Abstract】 Patent analysis levels and the accompanying intellectual property competition intelligence undoubtedly increase the competitive advantages of enterprises. More specifically, the intellectual property competition intelligence highlights the intellectual property risk of patent technology, provides the benchmark of patent portfolio, monitors the technology of competitors and predicts the commercialization of technology. This paper defines the patent level and intellectual property competition intelligence framework driven by strategic intention, puts forward quantitative statistical analysis and uses qualitative strategy to show that human intelligence play an important role in the formation of intellectual property competition intelligence, and takes the patent of hydrogen fuel cell as an example, describes the intellectual property creation and application value brought by different levels of patent analysis.更多还原
