装配式预应力混凝土路面的设计优化及试验研究
Design Optimization and Experimental Study of Prefabricated Prestressed Concrete Pavement
【摘要】 较为全面、系统地提出了装配式预应力混凝土路面的设计优化和施工控制技术,计算值与试验值符合较好,用于工程实践1年之久,未出现明显缺陷,表明设计和施工技术均是可控的。设计优化中,现代预应力技术的应用方案低碳高效,不裂不疲的原理构思合理可行,最大化板宽的优化思路绿色经济,弹性地基板的计算方法简单可控,纵向钢筋按箍筋设置等的构造措施一举多用,全生命周期的综合控制生态可靠:因此,符合高质量道路的发展要求,可为装配式预应力混凝土路面产业化提供一定的技术支持。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the design optimization and construction control technology of prefabricated prestressed concrete pavement are put forward in a comprehensive and systematic way.Design optimization,the application of modern prestressed technology scheme of low carbon efficient,less don’t crack the principle of the design was reasonable,maximum width optimization ideas of green economy,simple method for calculating the elastic foundation plate controlled,longitudinal reinforcement construction measures according to the setting of stirrup is multi-purpose at a stroke,ecological and reliable control of the whole life cycle of a comprehensive,therefore,conform to the requirements of the road for the development of high quality,we can provide a certain for industrialization of prefabricated prestressed concrete pavement technical support.
