【摘要】 丰台站的钢结构在设计中有两个难点。一是"十字形"钢管柱本身的强度及稳定验算:对于这种非常规截面,规范无对应的公式。二是支撑屋盖钢结构的"十字形"钢管柱与下部楼盖结构的矩形混凝土柱如何交接。两种竖向构件不但形式不同,截面形状也不同,且此交接节点连接两个方向的钢骨混凝土梁,内力较大。本文根据需要解决的主要问题介绍了此节点的设计思路及有限元分析结果。本文利用有限元分析方法,验证了设计的可靠性。

【Abstract】 There are two difficulties in the design of steel structure of Fengtai Station. One is the strength and stability checking calculation of the steel tube column itself, there is no corresponding formula in the code for this kind of unconventional section. The second is how to connect the cross shaped steel tube column supporting the roof steel structure with the rectangular concrete column of the lower floor structure. The two types of vertical members are not only different in form, but also different in cross-section shape. Moreover, this joint connects the steel reinforced concrete beams in two directions, and its internal force is large. According to the main problems to be solved, this paper introduces the design idea of this joint and the results of finite element analysis. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used to verify the reliability of the design.
