一种适用于寒冷地区近零能耗居住建筑的新风系统
A Ventilation System for Nearly Zero Energy Residential Buildings in Cold Regions
【摘要】 近零能耗居住建筑的卫生间大都采用独立的机械排风系统进行通风换气,极易导致建筑处于负压状态并造成卫生间排风能量损失。通过研究适用于寒冷地区近零能耗居住建筑高效新风热回收系统的基本特征,提出了一种新风系统,从性能设计、控制原理、运行模式、能耗特点四个方面进行了详细阐述,为近零能耗居住建筑实现室内良好的气流组织,最大限度地降低换气过程中的热损失,并解决卫生间排风造成的能量损失及室内气流组织不合理的问题提供参考。
【Abstract】 Most toilets in nearly zero energy residential buildings adopt independent mechanical exhaust system for ventilation,which can easily lead to negative pressure in the building and loss of toilet exhaust air energy. Through the study of the basic characteristics of the efficient heat recovery ventilation system applicable to nearly zero energy residential buildings in cold regions,this paper proposed a ventilation system,and elaborated from the four aspects of performance design,control principle,operation mode and energy consumption features,providing reference for realizing good indoor air distribution in nearly zero energy residential buildings, reducing heat loss during ventilation to the maximum extent, and solving the problems of energy loss caused by toilet exhaust and unreasonable indoor air distribution.
