碳氮比对PCB废水中试生物试验处理效能研究

【摘要】 采用生物方法进行PCB废水深度处理,出水中总氮、铜离子含量等不能达标,通过中试考察了碳氮比对生物处理工艺出水水质的影响。结果表明,碳氮比对生物处理工艺中氨氮、总氮和铜离子的去除影响较大。在水中碳氮比为10∶1时,中试反应器出水COD平均含量小于30mg/L,氨氮平均含量小于5mg/L,总氮平均含量小于15mg/L,铜含量平均含量小于0.1mg/L,出水水质能够达到《广东省地方标准电镀水污染物排放标准》(DB 44/1597-2015)要求。

【Abstract】 In the advanced treatment of PCB wastewater by biological method,the content of total nitrogen and copper ion in the effluent can not reach the standard.The effect of carbon nitrogen ratio on the effluent quality of biological treatment process was investigated through pilot test.The results showed that the ratio of carbon to nitrogen had a great influence on the removal of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and copper ions.When the ratio of carbon to nitrogen in the water was 10∶1,the average content of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in the effluent of the pilot reactor is less than 30 mg/L,5.0 mg/L and 15.0 mg/L respectively,and the average content of copper is less than 0.1 mg/L.The effluent quality can meet the requirements of Table 3 in the Discharge standard of electroplating water pollutants in local standards of Guangdong Province(DB 44/1597-2015).
