泡沫镍三维电极电芬顿法预处理焦化废水效能研究

【摘要】 针对传统工艺处理焦化废水效率低,处理成本高等问题,研究了采用泡沫镍三维电极电芬顿法预处理焦化废水的最优工艺条件。以黑龙江某焦化厂之焦化废水为研究对象,通过单因素试验及正交试验,探究各个因素对体系处理焦化废水效能的影响,优化反应条件,以COD和苯酚去除率做表征,最终得出最佳工艺条件如下:电流200mA,pH为7,泡沫镍投加量为1.35g,泡沫铁投加量为1.75g;在最佳工艺条件下焦化废水COD去除率为75.5%,苯酚去除率为76.7%。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the problems of low efficiency and high cost of conventional treatment of coking wastewater,the optimal process conditions of nickel foam three-dimensional electrode electro-fenton method were studied.This paper,taking a coking wastewater of coking plant in heilongjiang province as the research object,through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,to explore the factors on coking wastewater treatment efficiency of the system,optimize the reaction conditions,characterized by phenol and COD removal rate,finally it is concluded that the best process conditions are as follows:the current 200 mA,pH of 7,nickel foam dosing quantity is 1.35 g,foam iron dosing quantity 1.75 g.The removal rate of COD and phenol in coking wastewater was 75.5%and 76.7%respectively.
