电极的布置形式对电絮凝处理性能影响的研究
Study on the effect of electrode layout on the performance of electrocoagulation
【摘要】 采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术,从流场以及紊流动能等方面分析了不同电极的布置形式对电絮凝反应器流态的影响。对电极形式的设置进行了流场优化后,与未优化前相比,流体的紊流动能提高了2.64倍,强化了反应器的传质效果。对处理受污染地表水的效果进行验证,与未优化前相比,在能耗相同的条件下,COD的处理效率可增加19.2%,反应时间缩短25%。研究表明,电极的布置形式对电絮凝反应器的处理效果有显著影响,通过流态优化电极的布置形式可提高传质条件,进而提高电絮凝的水处理效果。
【Abstract】 In this study,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to analyze the effects of different electrode arrangements on the flow regime of the electrocoagulation reactor.After the flow field optimization of the electrode type setting,the turbulent flow energy of the fluid was increased by 2.64 times,and the mass transfer effect of the reactor was enhanced.The effect of treating contaminated surface water was verified.Under the same energy consumption conditions,the removal rate of COD increased by 19.2%,and reaction time was reduced by 25%.Results have shown that optimizing the flow regime of the electrocoagulation reactor can significantly improve the mass transfer effect,which in turn improves the water treatment effect of the electrocoagulation.
