【摘要】 随着城市化的快速发展,城市受淹、内涝等水安全问题日益凸显,需积极践行"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"的新时期治水思路,结合城市防洪、防潮等基础手段,以系统性思维,发挥系统性作用,有效衔接城市海绵设施、传统排水设施、健全以多途径滞蓄、多路径转输、汇集涝水强排为主体的内涝防治措施。立足深圳实践经验,对如何联系防洪、排涝、排水三大板块,解决城市水安全问题的相关实践进行了解析和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urbanization,water safety problems including urban flooding and waterlogging have become increasingly prominent.It is necessary to actively implement the " water saving priority,space balance,system management,two hand efforts" new era water control idea proposed by the general secretary,combine the basic means such as urban flood control and moisture-proof,play a systematic role with systematic thinking,effectively connect the urban sponge facilities and traditional drainage facilities.Implement and improve the prevention and control measures of waterlogging,which mainly include multi-path storage,multi-path transfer and collection of waterlogging water and strong drainage.Based on the practical experience of Shenzhen,this paper analyzes and discusses how to solve the problem of urban water security by combining flood control tide,drainage and drainage.更多还原
