海绵城市LID设施系统建设的生态效益评价研究
Assessment of eco-environmental benefits of LID systems in sponge city
【摘要】 随着海绵城市理念深入人心,低影响开发(LID)设施建设因其生态环境效益也日益得到关注,但相关的定量评价研究仍待完善。构建由城市、片区、设施3个尺度和径流总量控制增加率、径流污染削减率、雨水资源下渗增加率等7个指标构成的评价体系,并以迁安海绵城市试点区为例予以应用验证。城市尺度的评价是将指标值与参考值类比;片区和设施尺度的评价均采用基于变异系数赋权的TOPSIS方法。结果表明,整个试点区除透水铺装率以外均与参考值相当;不同类型片区的优劣顺序为市政道路>绿地广场>建筑小区;不同类型设施的优劣顺序为透水铺装>绿地设施和入渗沟>植草沟。基于评价结果针对案例区提出了后续建设的优化调整建议。
【Abstract】 With the popularity of sponge city,eco-environmental benefits of low impact development(LID)are receiving increasing focus.However,further studies on relative quantitative assessment are required.The assessment system was constructed with 3 scales(urban,district and measure scales)and 7 indices including increase rate of runoff volume control,runoff pollutants reduction rate,increase rate of rainwater infiltration.Then a case study was conducted on Qian’an,Hebei.For the urban scale,assessment was conducted by comparing index values with reference values.For the district and measure scales,TOPSIS based on coefficient of variation weighting was adopted.Results show that for the urban scale,all the index values are satisfying except permeable pavement rate.Also,the preference order of district types is:urban roads>gardens and squares>building district;and that of measure types is:permeable pavement>green space measures,infiltration trench>vegetated swale.Suggestions for optimizing future construction are proposed for the case area based on the assessment results.
