《泵与泵站》虚拟仿真实验教学系统设计与开发

【摘要】 基于虚拟仿真技术,结合《泵与泵站》课程特点,以离心泵设备和水泵特性曲线试验为依据,设计并开发了《泵与泵站》虚拟仿真实验教学系统。该系统具有送水泵站工程3D漫游、离心泵拆装、泵站启动运行以及离心泵特性曲线试验等功能。通过虚拟仿真技术的应用,可以改善教学效果,变革实验教学方式,降低训练成本;帮助学生利用虚拟实景,加快学生对抽象概念的理解,直观感受泵站实际工程,培育学生创新能力,增强工程实践能力。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of Pump and pumpstation course,the centrifugal pump equipment and pump experiments,a virtual simulation system of Pump and pump station was designed and developed.The system has the functions of 3 Droaming in pump station,components disassembly and assembly of the centrifugal pump,pump station starting up operation and experiment of centrifugal pump characteristic curves.Through the application of virtual simulation technology,the teaching effect can be improved,the teaching method of experiments is reformed and the training cost could be reduced.Virtual reality can also help improve the understanding of abstract concepts,enhance the visual experience of the actual pumping station project,cultivate students’ creative ability,strengthen engineering practice ability.
