【摘要】 从建筑业高质量发展内涵出发,结合湖北省建筑业发展特点,从产业规模、产业效益、技术装备、产业效率与发展潜力五个方面构建湖北省建筑业高质量发展评价体系,借助因子、聚类分析法评价1998-2017年湖北省20年的建筑业发展质量水平,发现其发展现状距离高质量发展要求仍有较大差距。基于此提出相应的政策建议,以期为推动湖北省建筑业高质量发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the connotation of the high-quality development of the construction industry and combining the development characteristics of the construction industry in Hubei Province,the paper constructs the high-quality development evaluation system of Hubei Province’s construction industry from five aspects:industrial scale,industrial efficiency,technical equipment,industrial efficiency and development potential,then uses factor and cluster analysis methods to evaluate the development quality level of the construction industry in Hubei Province from 1998 to 2017,and finds that its development status is still far from the high-quality development requirements.Based on this,puts forward corresponding policy recommendations,provides reference for promoting the high-quality development of construction industry in Hubei province.更多还原
