【Abstract】 In order to promote the systematization and accuracy of the effect evaluation of the prefabricated building incentive policy,this paper analyzes the characteristics and action mechanism of prefabricated building incentive policy based on the public policy evaluation theory and stakeholder theory.Then,constructs the concept model of the effect evaluation of the prefabricated building incentive policy and analyzes the constituent elements of the concept model.The research results provide reference for the empirical research on the effect evaluation of the prefabricated building incentive policy.更多还原
