【Abstract】 In order to reasonably determine the investment for the construction of a project and to avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon of "three excesses",and on the basis of an analysis of the shortcomings and limitations of the traditional unified fixed rate system for calculating the basic reserve cost of a project,this paper proposes to reasonably determine the amount of various expenses in the basic reserve fee withdrawal base. Taking into account the confidence level and confidence interval of the various costs,the basic preparation cost of the project is calculated and the rate is determined by individual floating method combined with PERT technology.更多还原
