【Abstract】 The CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued the "Implementation Outline for the Construction of Citizen Morality in the New Era", which is the fundamental guideline for China to promote citizen morality construction in the new era. The "Outline" confronts the moral issues that still exist in the construction of citizen morals in the new era, unifying both the goal-orientation and the problem-orientation. It focuses on four main points: social morality, professional ethics, family virtues, and personal morality, and tries to systematically build the new era of citizen morality in an all-round way, promoting the moral quality and social civilization of the entire population to new heights.更多还原
