【Abstract】 This paper systematically elaborates on several key scientific issues of earthquake and meteorology, as well as earthquake clouds and global seismic activity, discusses the genesis mechanism of earthquake clouds, systematically analyzes the theory and technology of earthquake clouds and earthquake prediction, and finally systematically analyzes human science and modern seismology studies cuttingedge scientific issues. Human science will become a new method of earthquake prediction. Human science will add new theories, new methods and new ideas to the country’s disaster prevention and mitigation.更多还原
