【摘要】本文系统旱震理论与全球中长期地震预测进行理论分析、同时对旱震理论的定量分析与预测实践进行了探讨，对磁暴二倍法短临全球地震预测理论和实践进行了详细分析，最后对人体科学与现代地震学进行系统阐述，人体科学与地震预测研究将成为攻克地震等重大自然灾害产生机理和天灾预测方法的突破口。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper systematically analyzes drought earthquake theory and global mid-and long-term earthquake prediction, and discusses the quantitative analysis and prediction practice of drought earthquake theory. The theory and practice of short-term and imminent global earthquake prediction by magnetic storm double method are analyzed in detail, and finally the human body science and modern seismology are systematically expounded, and the research on human body science and earthquake prediction will become a breakthrough in the mechanism of major natural disasters such as earthquakes and natural disaster prediction methods.更多还原
