【摘要】 广东省作为农业大省以及经济强省，自2007年试点政策性农业保险以来，其农业保险发展水平已得到迅速提升，但相比全国平均水平，仍有较大差距。本文以广东省农业保险发展效率为研究对象，根据2013-2018年广东（不含深圳）20个地级市的农业保险相关数据，运用DEA数据包络模型测算出每个地区的农业保险效率均值，并分别通过综合效率、纯技术效率以及规模效率进行分析，结果表明，广东省各地区间农险综合效率差异显著，其中，粤西及粤北较高，而珠三角和粤东相对较差，并且进一步分析得出，规模效率是导致差异较大的主要方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guangdong Province is a major agricultural province and a strong economic province. Since the pilot policy-based agricultural insurance in 2007, its agricultural insurance development level has been rapidly improved, but there is still a big gap compared with the national average. This article takes the development efficiency of agricultural insurance in Guangdong Province as the research object. Based on the agricultural insurance related data of 20 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong(excluding Shenzhen) from 2013 to 2018,the DEA data envelopment model is used to calculate the average agricultural insurance efficiency in each region, and the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are analyzed. The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural insurance varies significantly among regions in Guangdong Province, in which, western and northern Guangdong are relatively high, while the Pearl River Delta and eastern Guangdong are relatively poor. And further analysis concluded that scale efficiency is the main aspect that causes greater differences.更多还原
