【摘要】 随着我国公路行业不断发展，施工单位在施工过程中遇到的风险复杂多变，很容易因风险管理不当而造成经济或人员上的损失。本文运用了实际调查和专家评分的定性分析方法，以及问卷调查和基于SPSS分析的因子分析法，总结出17条风险因素。针对施工过程中遇到的风险因素进行归类分析，同时对这些因素造成的影响大小做出了评价。结果显示，17项风险因素被分为6大类，其中施工单位自身原因造成的风险，对施工过程的影响最大，其次是项目自身的风险和安全方面风险，这为企业在施工过程中提供一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of China’s highway industry, the risks encountered by construction units during the construction process are complex and changeable, and it is easy to cause economic or personnel losses due to improper risk management.This article uses actual surveys and qualitative analysis methods of expert scores, as well as questionnaire surveys and factor analysis methods based on SPSS analysis to summarize 17 risk factors. The risk factors encountered in the construction process are classified and analyzed, and the impact of these factors is evaluated. The results show that the 17 risk factors are divided into 6 categories. Among them,the risks caused by the construction unit’s own causes have the greatest impact on the construction process, followed by the project’s own risks and safety risks, which provides certain reference value for enterprises in the construction process.更多还原
