基于改进的MOST法的多品种小批量产品工时测定及仿真应用

【摘要】 文章以制造型企业“多品种小批量”产品为研究对象,通过运用改进的MOST法进行标准工时的制定,并建立动态标准工时库,为新产品工时预估提供更为高效的新途径。基于MOST法应用的局限性和准确度的问题,文章进行了提高MOST法标准工时制定科学性的研究,从方法论角度结合MOST法的应用情境进行现场精益改善。最终通过实际工位的仿真检验证实了应用软件的可靠性。

【Abstract】 This paper takes "multi-variety and small-batch" products of manufacturing enterprises as the research object. Standard working hours are formulated by using the improved MOST method, and dynamic standard working hours database is established to provide a more efficient new way for the prediction of working hours of new products. Based on the limitations and accuracy of the application of MOST method, a research on the improvement of the scientificity of standard working hours of most method is carried out. From the perspective of methodology, on-site lean improvement is carried out in combination with the application situation of MOST method. Finally,the reliability of the application software is verified by the simulation test of the actual station.
