【Abstract】 In order to regulate the behavior of university infrastructure bidding and promote the construction of China’s dual first-class universities, this article analyzes the risks of university infrastructure construction bidding from the three stages of project preparation, bid evaluation, and bid winning, and proposes corresponding measures.
