【摘要】 本文首先对装配式住宅项目各参建方行为风险因素进行分析,在此基础上根据Ucinet6.0软件构建装配式住宅参建方行为风险可视化网络模型;其次运用网络密度、点度中心度指标及中介中心度指标对风险网络模型进行系统分析,综合分析结果识别出装配式住宅参建方行为风险网络的关键风险;最后结合装配式住宅的建造特点和参建方关键风险因素,提出风险应对策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper firstly identifies the risks of the behavior of the participants in the prefabricated housing project, and constructs the risk network model of the behavior of the participants according to the social network analysis theory. Then conducts overall network analysis and individual network analysis on the risk network model by Ucinet6.0 software so as to integrate the two analysis results to identify the primary control risk of the risk network and the key relationship based on the intermediate center degree.
