基于AMESim固定式汽车拆解机液压系统仿真分析
Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic System of Fixed Vehicle Disintegrator Based on AMESim
【摘要】 针对汽车拆解机液压系统性能要求,以固定式汽车拆解机为研究对象,分析其液压系统的工作原理,利用AMESim软件建立负载敏感泵、大臂和夹具系统仿真模型,对其仿真结果进行分析。结果表明:根据子模型设定参数,得到负载敏感泵、大臂和夹具液压系统仿真曲线,仿真结果与实际设定相比误差较小,为今后深入研究汽车拆解机液压系统提供参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the performance requirements of the hydraulic system of automobile disassembly machine, this paper takes the fixed automobile disassembly machine as the research object, analyzes the working principle of its hydraulic system, establishes the simulation model of load sensitive pump, big arm and fixture system by using AMESim software, and analyzes the simulation results. The results show that: according to the parameters set by the submodel, the simulation curves of the load sensitive pump, big arm and fixture hydraulic system are obtained. The simulation results have a small error compared with the actual setting, which provides a reference for further study on the hydraulic system of automobile disassembly machine in the future.
