【摘要】 我国绿色建筑于2006年发布了以"四节—环保"为核心的《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T 50375—2006(简称《标准》),并随着《标准》的不断完善一直呈快速的发展态势。然而,由于近几年环境污染问题升级,以及新时代的人民对健康生活的迫切需要,绿色建筑难以推进,人们开始更加关注建筑的健康、舒适与安全性能,建筑重心逐渐从节能环保转向人类健康。本文基于绿色建筑在我国的发展,分析健康建筑发展必然的因素,并将二者对比,提出健康建筑的发展思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’ s green buildings issued GB/T 50375-2006 Green Building Evaluation Standard( "Standard" for short) with "Four Sections-Environmental Protection" as the core in 2006,and it has been developing rapidly with the continuous improvement of the "Standard".However,due to the escalation of environmental pollution problems in recent years and the urgent needs of people for healthy life in the new era,it is difficult to promote green buildings.People began to pay more attention to the health,comfort and safety of buildings.The focus of construction is gradually shifting from energy conservation and environmental protection to human health.Based on the development of green buildings in our country,this paper analyzes the inevitable factors for the development of healthy buildings,compares the two,and proposes the ideas for the development of healthy buildings.更多还原
