【摘要】 装配式混凝土住宅是国内装配式建筑的主要类型,近年来在政策的推动下得到显著发展。相比于传统住宅,装配式混凝土住宅的建设与预制构件密切挂钩,预制构件尺寸的受限和标准化未统一的生产方式成为装配式混凝土住宅发展的基础问题,给建筑设计也带来了影响。文章从建筑设计角度出发,对装配式混凝土住宅平立面设计、设计流程和专业人员协作方式的转变和存在的难点进行分析,并探讨相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fabricated concrete building is the main type of fabricated building in China, which has been significantly developed in recent years under the promotion of policy. Compared with traditional houses, this kind of building is closely related to the prefabricated component. But the limited size of prefabricated component and the unstandardized production method has become the resistance to the development of fabricated concrete houses, which also affects the architectural design. From the perspective of architectural design, this paper analyzes the planning design, facade design, design process of fabricated concrete building as well as the changes and existing difficulties in the collaboration mode of the professionals, and also discusses the corresponding countermeasures.更多还原
