【Abstract】 The transformation of rural self built housing for the aged is closely related to the rejuvenation of the countryside under the background of the aging. The value concept of the elderly is implemented in the transformation of the elderly housing, and in the transformation of the existing rural self built housing to help the elderly to reproduce their self-worth on the basis of home-based pension. It is of great significance to promote the benign interactive development of villages and villagers and the construction of new countryside. In this paper, the relevant transformation experience and the survey results of Qinzhen in Shaanxi are elaborated.
