【摘要】 大连近代建筑作为中国城市近代建筑史的重要组成部分,对其现状进行调查、评价、保护和利用,将有利于其独有风格特征的延续、城市历史文化内涵的提升、历史文化名城的创建。因此本文以大连市区——中山区为例,对中山区近代历史建筑现存状况进行实地调研,综合调研结果和相关研究,确定合理的、有针对性的价值评价指标和指标评价标准,构建大连近代历史建筑综合价值评价体系,并对每个建筑进行价值评分和体系校验。最终确定此评价体系的可行性与科学性,为今后大连历史建筑、历史文化街区和历史文化风貌区的评定和保护提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modern buildings in Dalian are an important part of the history of modern architecture in Chinese cities. The investigation, evaluation, protection and utilization of Dalian’s modern architecture will be conducive to the continuation of its unique style, the promotion of the city’s historical and cultural connotation and the establishment of a famous historical and cultural city. Taking Zhongshan District in Dalian as an example, this paper conducts the field research on the existing modern historic buildings in Zhongshan District, and determines the reasonable and targeted value evaluation index and index evaluation standard according to the comprehensive research results and related research to build a comprehensive value evaluation system for Dalian modern historic buildings. Then this paper evaluates the score of each building and conducts system calibration. Finally, it determines the feasibility and scientific nature of this evaluation system, and provides theoretical basis for evaluation and protection of historical buildings, historical and cultural blocks and historical and cultural preservation area in Dalian.更多还原
