【摘要】 目的比较内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)与高频电切术治疗结肠息肉患者的效果。方法选取广州市增城区人民医院收治的314例结肠息肉患者为研究对象,按照随机法分为对照组(n=157)和观察组(n=157)。观察组采用EMR治疗,对照组采用高频电切术治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率及并发症发生率。结果观察组总有效率为93.63%,高于对照组的82.80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.45%,低于对照组的14.01%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EMR治疗结肠息肉效果优于高频电切术,且具有并发症少、安全性高的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare effects of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) and high-frequency electroresection on patients with colon polyps. Methods 314 patients with colon polyps admitted in Zengcheng District People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group(n=157) and observation group(n=157) according to the computer random grouping method. The observation group was treated with EMR, while the control group was treated with high-frequency electroresection. Then, the total treatment effective rate and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.63%, which was higher than that of the control group of 82.80%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.18%, which was lower than 8.28% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions EMR is superior to high-frequency electroresection in the treatment of colon polyps, and has the advantages of fewer complications and high safety.更多还原
