【摘要】 目的比较微型钢板内固定术与克氏针内固定法治疗掌指骨骨折的效果。方法选取2016-02至2019-02广东省汕头市中心医院收治的掌指骨骨折患者70例,按治疗方式不同分为对照组与研究组。对照组34例,给予克氏针内固定术治疗,研究组36例,给予微型钢板内固定术治疗,比较两组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、疗效及术后并发症情况。结果研究组手术时间及住院时间均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床治疗优良率(97.22%)高于对照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症总发生率(2.78%)低于对照组(23.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于克氏针内固定法,采用微型钢板内固定术治疗掌指骨骨折效果更优,且并发症相对较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare clinical effects of mini-plate internal fixation and Kirschner wire internal fixation in treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.Methods 70 patients with metacarpal and phalangeal fractures admitted to Shantou Central Hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to the different treatment methods.34 patients in the control group were treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation,while 36 patients in the study group were treated with mini-plate internal fixation.The operation time,hospital stay,fracture healing time,curative effects and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the study group were longer than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The clinical treatment excellent rate (97.22%) in the study group was higher than that in the control group (76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Further,the total incidence of complications in the study group (2.78%) was lower than that in the control group (23.59%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with Kirschner wire internal fixation,mini-plate internal fixation has better clinical effect and fewer complications in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.更多还原
