【摘要】 目的深入了解应届医学研究生毕业期间的压力情况。方法采用现象学研究方法,分析16例应届医学及护理研究生临近毕业对不同压力的真实体验,在资料分析过程中采用KJ法归纳主题。结果通过整理、分析和提炼,得出自身压力、毕业压力、就业压力、经济压力、情感压力、家庭压力6个主题。结论应届医学研究生在毕业期间均存在不同程度、不同来源的压力,需要得到来自自身、家庭、学校、用人单位、政府等多方的协作,共同采取多重措施对其进行干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To deeply understand the pressure of graduating medical postgraduates.Methods A qualitative phenomenological research method was used to analyze the real experience of stress in 16 graduate students.Using the KJ method to sum up the subject in the process of data analysis.Results Through sorting,analyzing and refining,the 6 themes of self stress,graduation pressure,employment pressure,economic pressure,emotional pressure and family pressure were obtained.Conclusion There are different degrees of pressure from different sources of medical postgraduates during their graduation.They need to get collaboration from many parties including themselves,family,employer,government,etc.,and take multiple measures to intervene.更多还原
