【摘要】 目的探讨血小板抗体检测与血小板输注效果。方法随机选取2018年10月至2020年3月在本院行血小板输注的68例患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,按治疗方法将样本分为研究组和对照组。研究组行血小板输注前行抗体检测并应用配型血小板输注,对照组应用随机血小板输注。计算患者血小板输注前、输注后24h的外周血血小板数量,参考血小板计数增高值(Corrected Count Increment,CCI),评估血小板输注效果。结果研究组患者血小板输注有效率高于对照组(χ~2=11.103,P=0.001);研究组血小板输注后1h、输注后24h的CCI指数均高于对照组(P=0.000)。结论血小板抗体检测的临床价值显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of platelet antibody detection on platelet transfusion.Methods 68 cases undergoing platelet transfusion during the period from October,2018 to March,2020 were randomly enrolled and were divided into 2 groups:treatment group and control group,34 cases in each;their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed;platelet antibody detection and matched platelet transfusion were given to cases in treatment group while random platelet transfusion to cases in control group;the peripheral blood platelet counts of the cases in both groups before transfusion and 24 hours after transfusion were calculated and the effect of platelet transfusion was evaluated based on CCI,the platelet count raising value.Results The effective rate of platelet transfusion of cases in treatment group was higher than that of the cases in control group(χ~2=11.103,P=0.001);the CCI values of the cases in treatment group1 h and 24 h after transfusion were higher than those of the cases in control group(P=0.000).Conclusions Detection of platelet antibody is of significant clinical value.更多还原
