【摘要】 应用型高校积累有师资和科研资源,企业能提供学生创新的实践环境,利用校企协同的优势,分析校企协同合作培养人才过程中出现的问题,探索校企协同培养应用型创新人才的合理方案。从制定校企协同培养应用型创新人才全过程中深度合作的思路和计划、保证校企双方对应用型创新人才培养的投入、让企业深入到项目教学过程和加强综合素质培养等几个方面入手,提出校企协同培养应用型创新人才合作模式,并给出福建工程学院信息科学与工程学院的实施案例,为实现应用型创新人才良性培养提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Application oriented colleges and universities have teachers and scientific research resources,and enterprises can provide students with an innovative practice environment.Based on the advantages of school enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of training talents by school enterprise cooperation,and explores the reasonable scheme for cultivating applied innovative talents by school enterprise cooperation.Colleges and universities should work out the idea and plan of deep cooperation in the whole process of training applied innovative talents by school enterprise cooperation,ensure the investment of both colleges and enterprises in the cultivation of applied innovative talents,let enterprises go deep into the process of project teaching and strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality.This paper puts forward the cooperation mode of school enterprise collaborative training of applied innovative talents,and gives the implementation case of School of Information Science and Engineering of Fujian University of Technology,so as to provide reference for the benign cultivation of applied innovative talents.更多还原
