【摘要】 社会网络理论认为组织的运行嵌入在社会结构中,组织活动的开展依赖于网络的运行。对组织而言,对社会网络占有的广度和深度以及网络位置是衡量其拥有社会资源的重要视角。作为社会组织中的重要组织机构——高校,是知识、人才、设备物资等不同资源的聚合体。因此,高校之间的组织互动也适合社会网络理论,在高校间发生的合作交流、知识转移等组织行为也适用网络理论规律。近几年,高校间对口支援活动广泛兴起,但是不同学校"支-受"之间的效果差别很大。如何更好地解读西部地区高校社会网络在"支—受"过程中发挥的作用,本文在梳理社会网络理论发展脉络的基础上,提出这一理论在解读对口支援行为研究方面的空白,梳理支援行为的社会网络研究视角,为更好开展高校间对口支援,提升支援工作成效进行理论探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to social network theory,the operation of organization is embedded in social structure,and the development of organization activities depends on the operation of network.For organizations,the breadth and depth of social network and network location are important perspectives to measure their social resources.As an important organization in social organizations,universities are the aggregation of different resources such as knowledge,talents,equipment and materials.Therefore,the organizational interaction between universities is also suitable for social network theory,and the organizational behaviors such as cooperation,exchange and knowledge transfer among colleges and universities are also suitable for network theory.The counterpart support activities among colleges and universities have sprung up widely,but the effect exist in different schools is quite different.How to better understand the role of the social network of colleges and universities in the process in the western region?Based on the analysis of the development of the social network theory,this paper puts forward the theoretical gaps in the study of counterpart support behavior and the perspective of social network research of support behavior,so as to better carry out counterpart support among colleges and universities and improve the effectiveness of support work discussion.更多还原
