【摘要】 文章以高职院校"产教融合"人才培养模式中缺乏思政教育为背景,首先阐述了大学思政教育融入专业技能教学过程的意义;其次提出了高职院校产教融合人才培养模式下实现思政教育融入专业技能教学过程的实现途径,具体为:通过制定制度、构建育人体系实现专业技能课的实践创新改革,建立思政教学融入专业技能教学的协同育人模式;通过深化校企政合作,构建思政教育与专业技能教学相融合的教学体系;通过引入政府思政教育工作者及专业对口企业的优秀模范代表,组建由专业教师与思政教育者多主体参与的师资团队;通过构建多方协调的过程性量化考核教学评价体系,检验思政教育融入专业教学的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the talent training mode of "Industry-Teaching integration" is very popular in the higher vocational colleges.But there is lacking of ideological-political education in this mode.This article is discussed to solve this problem.Firstly,the significance of integrating ideological-political education into the professional skills teaching process is expounded.Secondly,the cooperative mode of ideological-political education blends into professional skills teaching is proposed.The professional skill courses are reformed through the establishment of education rules and the construction of education system.Finally,the ways how to realize the integration of ideological-political education and professional skills teaching are introduced in this paper.There mainly include three methods.First of all,through deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,a teaching system integrating ideological-political education with professional skills teaching should be constructed.Then,by introducing government ideological-political educators and excellent representatives in enterprises,a multi-subject teacher team involving professional teachers and ideological-political educators can be established.At last,in order to test the teaching effect of the integrating ideological and political education into professional,the multi-party coordination of the process of quantitative assessment of teaching evaluation system is constructed in this paper.更多还原
