高分子材料与工程专业多维度实践体系的构建与实践——以湖南工业大学为例
Construction and Practice of Multi-dimensional Practice System of Polymer Materials and Engineering ——With Example of Hunan University of Technology
【摘要】 创新性人才培养是建设创新型国家、现代社会发展和国际经济竞争的客观要求,需要具备较强的创新能力和实践能力。本文以湖南工业大学为例,首先分析了高分子材料与工程专业的发展现状,然后分析了当前本专业实践体系存在的一些问题;再针对高分子材料与工程专业实践体系存在的问题,进行了相应改革和实践,构建了高分子材料与工程专业多维度的实践体系,包括"5-5-5"形式实践体系的构建、课内实践环节的整合、立体化实践平台的搭建以及提升综合实践能力的具体途径。基于此多维度的实践体系,大大提高了学生的创新能力和实践能力,有利于高素质、强能力专业人才的培养,对促进高分子材料与工程专业创新性人才培养具有重要借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Cultivation of innovative talents is an objective requirement of constructing innovative country, development of modern society and international economic competition, which requires strong ability of innovation and practice. With example of Hunan University of technology, the paper analyzes current situation of development of polymer materials and engineering first, analyzes some problems existing in current practice system of the major. Then, in view of problems in practice system of polymer materials and engineering, it carries out corresponding reform and practice, constructs a multi-dimensional practice system of polymer materials and engineering, including construction of "5-5-5" formal practice system, integration of practice links in class, construction of three-dimensional practice platform and specific ways to improve comprehensive practice ability. Based on multi-dimensional practice system, innovation ability and practice ability of students has been greatly improved, which is conducive to cultivation of high-quality and strong ability professionals, and has important reference significance for promoting cultivation of innovative talents in polymer materials and engineering.
