【摘要】 辅导员危机应对已经成为辅导员职业能力的核心指标。通过文献梳理,研究发现辅导员危机应对面临理论研究滞后、风险挑战严峻和能力要求提升的困难局面。本研究基于辅导员自身视角,结合量化调查和质性访谈,以上海高校辅导员为抽样样本,通过对189份问卷数据及31份访谈报告分析表明当前高校辅导员存在"高频率""低技能""重付出"及"弱保障"现状,同时结合辅导员危机应对所承担的角色和所需协调的资源不匹配及充分剖析辅导员危机应对对自我效能感和职业倦怠的影响分析。研究从增强责任意识、加强队伍建设、树立协同意识和加强权益保护等方面对提升高校辅导员危机应对能力进行了探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Counselors’ ability to deal with crisis has become the core indicator of counselors’ professional ability.Through literature review,it is found that counselors’ crisis response faces the difficult situation of lagging theoretical research,severe risk challenges and ability requirements improvement.Based on the Counselor’s own perspective,combined with quantitative survey and qualitative interview,this study takes Shanghai university counselors as a sample.Through the analysis of 189 questionnaire data and 31 interview reports,it shows that the current situation of "high frequency","low skill","heavy pay" and "weak security" of university counselors,combined with the role of counselors in crisis response and the resources needed to coordinate Source mismatch and full analysis of the impact of counselor crisis response on self-efficacy and job burnout.This paper explores how to improve the crisis response ability of college counselors from the aspects of enhancing the sense of responsibility,strengthening the team building,establishing the sense of coordination and strengthening the protection of rights and interests.更多还原
