四维融合驱动的创新型、复合型营销管理专业人才培养模式的改革与实践
The Reform and Practice of the Training Mode of Innovative and Compound Marketing Management Professionals Driven by Four-dimensional Integration
【摘要】 教育是国之利器,百年大计的重中之重。习主席在2018年9月全国教育大会上提出:"培养什么人,是教育的首要问题。只有培养出一流人才的高校,才能够成为世界一流大学。"办好中国的高等院校,让中国有世界一流大学,就要抓好全面提高人才培养能力的核心点。麻省理工学院2016年发布《高等教育改革的催化剂》拉斐尔·莱夫指出:"高等教育到达了一个转折点,我们必须打造以学生为中心的教育,只改革主体是不够的,要让所有教师、高校的管理人员、学科带头人、专业负责人、科研团队都参与进来。要让学生学会批判性思考、讨论、学科思维、自学和主动学习。"钱学森说:"现在中国没有完全发展起来,其中重要原因就是大学没有能够按照培养科学技术发明创造人才的模式去办学,任何一所大学都没有自己独特、创新的东西。"在知识经济和信息经济为基本特征的新经济时代下,传统产业与知识经济、虚拟经济和网络经济全面结合,企业竞争的焦点转到了对技术与人才的争夺上,企业对人才的需求是:具有综合能力素质、可持续发展的复合型、创新型人才。因此,企业对营销管理专业人才的需求从质量和层次上发生了很大变化。
【Abstract】 Education is the weapon of our country,and the most important thing in a hundred years plan.At the national education conference in September 2018,President Xi proposed:"what kind of person to cultivate is the primary issue of education.Only those universities that cultivate first-class talents can become world-class universities."To run our country’s colleges and universities well and to run a world-class university,we must firmly grasp the core point of comprehensively improving the ability of personnel training.Raphael Leff,the catalyst for higher education reform released by MIT in 2016,pointed out:"higher education has reached a turning point.We must build a student-centered education.A single subject of change is not enough.All teachers,senior management of the University,discipline and professional leaders,and scientific research teams must be involved.Students should learn to reflect,discuss (with peers and experts),think in disciplines,self-study and master learning." "An important reason why China is not fully developed now is that no university can run a school in accordance with the mode of training talents for scientific and technological inventions and creations,and there is no unique innovation of its own," Qian said In the new economic era with the basic characteristics of knowledge economy and information economy,the traditional industry is comprehensively combined with knowledge economy,virtual economy and network economy,and the focus of enterprise competition is shifted to two aspects of technology and talents.Therefore,the demand for marketing professionals has changed greatly in terms of quality and hierarchy.
