地方院校多元多维协同培养车辆工程专业应用创新人才的改革与实践研究

【摘要】 本文以"需求为导、技能为本、一线为岗、创新为魂",致力于培养"厚基础、强能力、高素质"的应用创新型专业人才,提出了"多元多维"协同培养应用创新人才体系,着力解决地方院校人才培养中普遍存在"五重五轻"(重理论轻实践、重灌输轻体验、重校内轻校外、重专业轻人文、重传承轻创新)等严重制约应用创新人才培养的诸多问题。

【Abstract】 Based on "demand oriented,skill oriented,front-line as post,and innovation as soul",this paper is devoted to cultivating application innovative talents with "thick foundation,strong ability,and high quality".It puts forward a "multi-dimensional" collaborative training system of application innovative talents,and tries to solve the problem of "five priorities and five priorities" (emphasizing theory and practice,emphasizing inculcation and neglecting experience) in the talent training of local colleges and universities Many problems seriously restrict the training of applied innovative talents,such as emphasizing the inside of the school but neglecting the outside of the school,emphasizing the specialty but neglecting the humanities,emphasizing the inheritance but neglecting the innovation.
