工程实践课程用车削刀具虚拟仿真教学系统设计
Design for Turning Tools Virtual Machining System Adopting to Engineering Practice Course
【摘要】 在由VERICUT软件开发的工程实践课程用车削刀具虚拟仿真教学系统中,引入符合ISO 13399《切削刀具数据的表达与交换》的网络开放切削刀具数字模型。围绕车削加工中心用车削刀具的仿真切削过程,介绍了车削刀具虚拟仿真教学系统的三个主要功能,即应用于不同种车削工艺的刀具仿真、同类工艺不同加工刀具仿真及刀具组件的装配与使用方法仿真,并将其作为知识点拆分的基础,分析了软件系统与实践课程教学单元之间的关联度与结合方法。所开发的软件系统可成为促进工程实践课程建设的有效技术手段。
【Abstract】 In the virtual simulation teaching system of turning tool for engineering practice course developed by VERICUT software,the network open cutting tool digital model is introduced in accordance with ISO 13399 "expression and exchange of cutting tool data".Three main functions of the system are explained,including simulation of cutting tools according to different turning process,different turning tools of same process,assembly and adoption of cutting tools components.Machining knowledge analysis is executed based on these three functions,correlation and integration of software system and cell courses are studied,which will provide effective approach to support engineering practice course.
