面向实践能力培养的数控技术课程教学案例库建设
Construction of CNC Technology Teaching Case for Practical Ability Training
【摘要】 加强案例教学是提高专业学位硕士研究生实践能力培养质量的重要手段。将数控技术课程教学内容划分为加工程序编制模块、数控系统软硬件及伺服驱动模块、数控机床机械结构模块;结合科研项目和企业实际问题,开发了一系列教学案例。实际教学效果表明,教学案例库有效提高了机械工程专业学位研究生数控机床编程与操作能力、数控机床调试维护和设计能力。
【Abstract】 Strengthening case teaching is an important means to improve the quality of practical ability training of professional degree postgraduates. In this paper, the teaching content of CNC technology is divided into three parts: programming module, hardware and software module and mechanical structure module. Combining scientific research projects, a series of teaching cases are developed. The actual teaching results show that the ability of programming and operation, maintenance and design of CNC machine tools for graduate students in mechanical engineering has been effectively improved.
