【Abstract】 At present, there are some problems in the governance structure of universities in Shandong, such as the omission of the responsibilities of the Party committee and the president, the imperfection of the rules of procedure,the complex relationship between the academic institutions, the instability of the highest academic status of the academic committee, the imperfection of the supervision mechanism and the imperfect implementation of the regulations.To optimize the governance structure of the universities in Shandong, we should strengthen policy research, improve the quality of the texts of regulations, reasonably use the autonomy, scientifically allocate various powers, improve the supporting system, and deal well with the relationship between stability and operability.更多还原
