【Abstract】 The postgraduate entrance examination for medical degree is the key link to ensure the quality of national medical and health professionals, and the requirements of talent selection should be highlighted in the content and form of the examination. This paper studies and analyzes the behavioral sociology perspective in the education evaluation of medical postgraduates in the developed countries, establishes a three-dimensional comprehensive evaluation model of knowledge dimension Ⅰ, ability dimension Ⅱ and behavior society dimension Ⅲ in combination with the current situation of enrollment examination of medical postgraduates in China, and provides new thinking for the enrollment examination reform of medical postgraduates.更多还原
