【摘要】 目的研究对小儿肺炎患者实施针对性护理的护理满意度评价效果。方法在我院2017年1月到—2019年1月期间收治的肺炎患儿中选取90例作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组与试验组,每组45例。对照组患儿实施常规护理,试验组患儿实施针对性护理,对比两组患儿的临床症状改善时间、平均住院时间及护理满意度评价。结果对照组患儿咳嗽改善时间、发热改善时间、肺部湿啰音消失及平均住院时间,均明显长于试验组,试验组具有明显优势(P <0.05);两组在对护理工作满意程度上,试验组的护理满意度97.78%相比对照组的86.67%更高一些,组间差异明显(P <0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎患者应用针对性护理方案,能有效缩短患儿症状改善时间,从而减少住院时间,提高临床满意度评价,其具有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the evaluation effect of nursing satisfaction in pediatric pneumonia patients. Methods The sample was selected from January 2017 to January 2019, and 90 cases of pneumonia were treated in our hospital, all of them were children. According to the order of patients, 90 cases of pneumonia were set up into two groups, 45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the experimental group. The control group performed routine nursing, and the experimental group performed targeted nursing, comparing the two groups of children with improved symptoms, average hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction evaluation. Results The time of cough improvement, fever improvement, loss of lung dampness and the average time of hospitalization were all significantly longer in the control group than those in the experimental group, P < 0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 86.67 %, and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.78 %. The experimental group had obvious advantages and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of specific nursing scheme to pediatric pneumonia can effectively shorten the improvement time of children’s symptoms, thereby reducing the length of hospitalization and improving the evaluation of clinical satisfaction, which has reference value.更多还原
