PBL联合CBL模式在中西医结合呼吸病教学中的应用研究
Study on the Application of PBL Combined with CBL in the Teaching of Respiratory Diseases with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
【摘要】 目的:探索PBL联合CBL教学模式在中西医结合呼吸病学临床教学中应用效果。方法:以广州中医药大学一附院参加规范化培训的研究生72人为研究对象,随机分为实验组(采用PBL联合CBL教学模式)和对照组(采用传统LBL教学模式),每组36人。通过出科理论考核和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:实验组临床思维、实践操作成绩及对教学效果的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合CBL教学模式值得在中西医结合呼吸病临床教学中推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods:72 postgraduates of the First Affiliated School of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine participated in standardized training were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(PBL combined with CBL teaching model) and control group(traditional LBL teaching model),with 36 students in each group.The teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical examination and questionnaire.Results:The satisfaction of clinical thinking,practical operation and teaching effect in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The teaching model of PBL combined with CBL is worth popularizing and applying in clinical teaching of respiratory diseases with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
