【摘要】 随着经济和农业的发展,发展现代农业需要建立一支规模宏大、结构合理、素质优良的农业科技人才队伍。文章以华中农业大学为例,通过实践课程对现代农业科技人才培养的新模式,提出了"三田实习"课程进一步改革的思路,针对"三田实习"这一特色课程,以注重发挥教学实践中学生的主导作用、加强现代农业工具的使用和现代农业技术的实践、跨专业合作和智慧农业实践等一系列改革,促进人才培养质量的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and agriculture,the development of modern agriculture requires the establishment of a large-scale,reasonably structured,highly qualified agricultural science and technology talent team.Taking Huazhong Agricultural University as an example,the article puts forward the idea of further reforming the "three-fields internship" course through practical courses for the new model of training modern agricultural science and technology talents.Aiming at the characteristic course of "three-fields internship",it focuses on giving full play to the students in teaching practice.A series of reforms such as strengthening the use of modern agricultural tools and the practice of modern agricultural technology,inter-professional cooperation and smart agricultural practice,are carried out to promote the quality of talent training.更多还原
