【摘要】 以四川大学各类学科竞赛、创意活动或科研训练项目为基础进行项目追踪与有机延伸,结合学生培养计划与日常课堂教学需求,培养大学生自主学习能力和实践能力。以前期"互联网+"竞赛项目为依托,建立"桑沃"公众号平台,并将该平台与课程中心及其他教学手段整合,开展本科生日常教学工作。在生物知识推广中学习文献查阅与整理,推动学生以食品微生物学、食品加工等多角度挖掘家乡传统美食与加工技艺,撰写科普文章并发布与分享,同时启发讨论与思考。进一步深入教学管理和组织教学工作,把工作重心从组织学生竞赛逐步后移到项目执行和后效评估。把各类项目中的学生创意从文档变为实物,使项目内容具象化,充分延展并持续挖掘各类项目的教学潜力。通过通识教育与专业教育相结合,激发学生学习兴趣与动力,锻炼学生的自主学习能力与实践能力,增强自主学习的"粘性",培养学生的批判性思维与创新性思维。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on various scientific research competitions,creative activities or research training projects of Sichuan University,the project tracking and organic extension are carried out by combining with students’ training plans and daily classroom teaching demands to cultivate students’ autonomous learning and practical ability.This paper establishes a "Sunshine World" platform relying on the previous "Internet +" competition project,and integrates the platform with the curriculum center and other teaching methods to implement daily teaching work for undergraduates.Through learning literature review and sorting in the promotion of biological knowledge,students are promoted to explore traditional cuisine and processing skills in their hometowns from multiple perspectives,such as food microbiology and food processing,write popular science articles and share through WeChat official accounts,which encourages discussion and thinking.This paper deepens the work of teaching management and teaching organization,gradually shifting the work focus from organizing student competitions to project execution and after-effect evaluation,and transforms the creativity of students in various projects from documents to physical objects,making the content of the project concrete,so as to fully extend and continue to tap the teaching potential of various projects.By combining general education and professional education,it is possible to stimulate students ’interest and motivation in learning,exercise students’ independent learning ability and practical ability,enhance the "stickiness" of autonomous learning,and eventually cultivate students’ critical thinking and innovative thinking.更多还原
